Default Rota Attack - 15 X 6.5 - How much do they weigh?

I have seen conflicting information for the weight of this rim. I sometimes see it listed as 10 lbs which is pretty surprising seeing that no other Rota rims with the same size are lighter than 11.9 lbs (Slipstream).

And i see other sites list it at 12 lbs. That seems more reasonable.

But can anyone confirm the actual weight of these rims?

Actually, they list it as 10 lbs. Check again.

My friend and I weighted his Rota Slipstreams right out of the box, scale was not digital, but he got on and checked the weight, and then he held the wheel and got on the scale, we were coming up with 10 - 11 pounds. I'd also like to know the weight on the attack/assault

the wheel studs broke on the front passenger side. they replaced them with new parts and then a couple of laps later the same thing on the front driver side. they then figured out that the wheels werent hub centric. they took them off and put on the stock wheels with slicks. it stayed fine after that

rota = no science

Are the Konig Heliums really 10.6-8 lbs. like they claim? I've narrowed it down to either the Maxxim Assault or Konig Helium. Whichever is the ligthest.

That's why they are so cheap while also being light. You get what you pay for.

Hell no. I just got Konig Helium 15's and if anything, they are closer to 13 lbs than 10.6-8 lbs. No way in hell they are that light. You get what you pay for.

If you have the money, save up and get some forged rims. Now those are truly lightweight AND strong as hell AND look great.

Where and for how much did you get your heliums? Did you weight them on a digital scale?

I got it from the dealer abover. It was $370 shipped. You can't beat that. They have a hondatech thread and you can PM them. I think they are located at the wheel/tire section.

And no, i didn't weigh them. But i know that these rims are closer to 13 lbs than anything closer to 10 lbs.

I've heard they are close to 12lbs. But 13lbs. its almost not worth getting them then since I'm looking for a sub 12lbs set of rim. For under $500.
