Driver side axle will not go in

Default Driver side axle will not go in

For the life of me I cannot get the driver side axle in. Clip is good just wont go in, I have hammered it and pushed it. I am ready to break it, somebody help what is up?

Is it an Autozone axle? I've had experiences with them where the splines were larger than they should've been.

No its the same one I removed, but I replaced the tranny with the same one.

Is your car maybe an 88? since you didnt even specify what car the axles for.

Count the splines make sure its the same as the old one.

ts an 89 besides the passenger side is already in
