Where to buy replacement rear LCA bolts?

Honda sells them for $6-7 a piece. There are 6 of them. I need all 6 because I'm sawing them off (you know the common problem with these getting stuck). That's $42 + tax + shipping for 6 bolts. (local honda dealers charge even more but you don't have to pay shipping) From what I've read, Honda rear LCA bolts have a grade 10 rating, but you can get away with using grade 9 bolts.
I don't want to spend $42 i'm almost positive i can find it somewhere else cheaper (that's why im starting this thread) if anybody has any info as to where to buy, and/or exact specs of these bolts that would be awesome! tia!
