Default UPDATE!!!

well what was supposed to be a summer project got hit by distraction after distraction added to me not knowing exactly what i was doing and having to learn as i went. but finally i got a chance to work on my project sv again and got the gsxr front on for the most part. here are some quick pics i shot tonight:

and here is a pic of my roomate's bike project:

now im starting to make my new speed sensor and do all the wiring for the controls and here is the question i have. should i use the gsxr controls or put the sv controls on the clip ons? if i put the sv controls on the gsxr clip ons ill have to shave off the little plastic nub which fits in a hole to stabalize the control on the stock handlebars because on the sv the nub and the hole is on the top and on the gsxr they are on the bottom. the only problem i see with this is when i crank the throttle, will the pressure turn the control so i wont be able to open the throttle enough?

thanks for the help and i hope to get this back on the road before new years
