well i have a 93 hatch running a soch zc.
and it starts up fine,but when i try to drive it into gear the car would just start jerking forward then just die out like it wants to go but cant.
what could be the problem?

replaced the fuel filter and cleaned the injectors and it cleared up a problem similar to this but the car wasnt running exactly right when idling. could you give a little better explination?

 

well the car idles ok
its jusst wen i start to drive in 1 gear it would like start to choke and keeps jumping forward and it would eventually die

 

Sounds like a clutch issue when the last time you changed it, was it slipping before this, whens the last time you cleaned your injectors gas filter? we need more info
