Default Honda Oil Package

Well, friday night after work i decided to drop by a Honda dealer on the way home back to college. I see a sign saying "17.85 Manager's Special" for a complete DIY oil change!!
Includes the following:

5qt of Honda OEM 5w-20 or 5w-30
1 honda OEM filter
1 honda OEM drain plug
1 honda OEM ring gasket

Deal or no deal for 17.85 ?!!!

Yeah, the Honda filters that are re-labeled Fram's, have the number "99" in the end of their serial code, if I remember correctly.
