Default our EF builds

so a while ago my freinds and i bought a si hatch from a tow yard for 500. we get it home, clean it up. then the bottom end started to make noise. so we bought a singlecam vtec, swapped that in. in the process of swapping the motor and doing a wire tuck we learned the car had been in a pritty bad accident. our plan was to sell it for a profit, but it has a salvage title. knowing this car wont make us much of a profit we found another hatch and this is where we start.

89dx w/mpfi conversion sohc zc

89 si with sohc vtec d16z6

tonight we air out the weed smell in the brown one, then swap both motors.

ok thurally went through the entire wireing job done by previous owner,
turns out they put foil in were there was suppsoed to be a fuse, and there
were 2 fuses missing out of the main relay box. i guess the cover on it was
from the wrong car so everything was labeled wrong after that we got it to run, but as soon as you ould hit the gas it would die. so
we checked the tps wires, switched them around. and now it
runs . but not very well
sorry it took so long to update with pics(camera problem)

(ecu wiring mess)
(dizzy wiring)

A while back I bought a car from a guy in a nearby town who I didn't know, seemed like a nice enough guy, had a young wife and a little girl.

Owned it for a short amount of time and was playing basketball at the park with some guys I know and their friends. The game was over and I agreed to take one of the dudes home.

I didn't know him but he was friends with the previous owner and the first thing he says to me is 'man, there have been so many drugs go through this car' followed up by 'this car is fast man, we used to race it all over the place.'

I was paranoid but I never once got pulled over in the car.
