99-00 Front end conversion
Hey guys. I recently bought an EK hatch from a friend . He had bought this car from a shop in southern VA, and it has a 99-00 front end. Cept it doesnt also. It has the fenders, hood, and lights, also they didnt fit a front body kit bumper on there so everything was out of place. I bought a 99-00 front bumper but i noticed that it would line up in the middle (between the headlights). My question is do i have to buy a 99-00 front upper frame (radiator support) to finish the conversion? or are the frames the same for the 96-98 99-00 civics?

the radiator supports are the same. when doing this swap, all you have to do is just replace the fenders, hood, lights, bumper.

there's nothing to cut. everything should line up.

I made a little cut on the tabs of the bumper b/c it would not reach to the frame. It fits pretty good but theres a gap between the bumper and headlights. Also you don't need a new radiator support frame.

the two tabs that hold the bumper on the radiator support are in a diffrent location 96-98 than 99-00 if u just put it on the bumper hangs in the middle u cut two slots 4 the tabs and it will line up perfect
