ok so since it started snowing out, my car would have trouble starting when its wet out. it would turn and turn but would never kick on. eventually it would start like after 10 minutes. so it did it again to me tonight and i checked under the hood and found that a screw wasnt screwed in on the distributer cap. could this be whats causing my problem or could it be anything else???
