you've got to be kidding me...
1st step - with the engine shut off manually operate the throttle cable and with the intake removed look inside the tb for an signs of interference. Does any part of the butterfly come into contact with the outer housing of the tb? Also, can you feel the 'stickiness' when you manually operate the throttle cable? Is the throttle cable bracket mounted snugly or does it have play to it (it's a longshot but I've seen it happen). Check those things then get back to us.
