Default Tranny Problem Please Help

I have a 94 del sol with a b16 motor swap and it has ran perfectly fine for the longest time even earlier today it ran perfect. but then i went to drive my car to a buddy's house a little bit ago and it started messing up... when the car is off it will move through the gears fine, however when the car is running and sitting still it wont move into gear at all, so i turn off the car put it in first and start it the car idles rough but once i start moving runs fine and i can change gears fine... and i do have clutch fluid so i know thats not the problem.... If someone could please help it would be much appreciated... I have finals at my college 30 mins away from where i live on monday so i need to try and fix it this weekend.
Thank You
