Default rear mount removal

I currently have a b18b in my 90 hatchback

I originally installed AVID mounts with a 70A firmness

I am swapping them out for a set of innovative mounts which are 60a

my question is: Is it possible to remove the rear mount from the rear cross member without removing the entire engine?

thanks in advance

Its tricky but can be done from under the car. Better with two people.

i did this today w/o a helper..removed avid mount and attempted to replace with an innovative mount.

dizzy and starter removed, car already on jackstands. had all the bolts out in 15 minutes. took a while to get the mount out of the L bracket. mount came out from the top and the l bracket came out from the bottom.

That is good to hear. I am glad I won't have to take out the engine
