i got a chance to get some adr 17 inch rims for free. theyre universal 4x100 but i was just wondering if they would fit my car? i have an 01 civic dx coupe. They came off of a 2001 nissan altima. im just not sure of the width but they cant be too wide coming off of an altima right? thanks!

 

There's no such thing as "Universal 4x100".

There's multi-pattern sets containing any 2-3 patterns of the following 4 lug spacings:
100mm
114.3mm
108mm

Then there's double pattern wheels, which include 8 holes of the same spacing, like such:
8x100
8x114.3

2001 Nissan Altima's are 4x114.3
2001 Honda Civics are 4x100

 

try them on or actually learn how to measure the holes.



4x100 will measure 4 inches from middle of diagonal hole and the 4x114 will be 4.5 inches " "
