whats wrong with this picture
the red vaccuum line comes from the canister below and to the left and thought it plugs into the ITM
the other line comes from the box mounted on the firewall and i thought was supposed to plug in behind the ITM possibly into the IACV, but everything is plugged
did a JDM B16A swap and this is how i got it back

I'm pretty sure it's for the evap canister(the red one). It won't hurt your motor from being like that, just don't have that emissions function. The other disconnected hose and the hose connected to the TB on the top middle I believe goto evap control solenoids/valves also, which again will have the same effects as having the red on disconnected. You don't even need the one that is connected on there except for the fact it's just blocking it from having a vacuum leak. When I did my motor/tranny swap on my DA(which is what that looks like, a manual one) I took out all of that stuff and just capped the TB things. No problems at all. Most older cars that stuff isn't in working condition anymore anyways, and only OBD-2 cars will throw codes for those things.
