Ravelco saves buddies R in Chicago mall!!
I was visiting my friends in chicago last week. We went shopping at Woodfield mall in Schaumburg. I was suprised cuz its a nice suburb. We come out of the small around 830 pm and low and behold the plastics under his steering is all ripped off. He only has a stock alarm and a ravelco security system. The theives were able to cut the lines to the stock horn but couldnt get around the Ravelco. Cut wires every where. This is proof that security helps. For all the people in Chicago, keep your cars safe especially when shopping in woodfield.

ALL people in the chicago area shopping near woodfield do NOT leave your ITR at a mall or shopping center , FYI: alottla R's get jacked in these places

wrx/Desmon knows his stuff and is doing quite a bit to protect the car community.
Upgrade that stock alarm, and add more cut off switches at the bare minimum. Glad it the ravelco was able to do its job, I just do not put a good amount of faith in them.

I would never park my caR by Woodfield Mall. That place is famous for car theft.

I use to do it all the time but never at night or close to night hours. Now i won't ever park the R there.

or any mall or any movie theater or just any big place where your going to be far from it
if you are going to atleast park in the front by a high flow of people, or by the busses or any doors where theres always people coming in and out

Ha you think the Schaumburg police would care?
IMO they are the worst police in the nearby areas.

The thing is that he parked his car there many times as well as streets of woodfield for movies. Hes been parking in that area for the past 4 yrs he said. He told me his wife takes the car to woodfield to shop once in a while as well.

dude i caught a *** underneath my R when i was eatting at hooters the one by woodfield. my car was parked right infront of the window so i saw this idiot. i ran outside with my burger in hand. lets put it this way i shouldnt of ate so much. i think the ***** was in track in h/s.
and i almost lost the R forever when they tried to steel it from my school parking lot. they had unplugged the ecu and unplugged the battery and horn and broke the ignition lock off. luckily staff saw them just in time. bad think was they got away. pigs didnt do ****.
the only thing bad about having an R is you cant really sleep at night.
