Default I have a stock 01' GSR....what kind of head and motor work should i do?...

I have a stock GSR with about 90k on it.......i was thinking about doing some head work to it......and was wondering what other people have done and what they would recommend me do, etc.......
Like should I bother buying a newer Type R head, since my GSR has 90k on it and its a direct bolt on, just looking for some suggestions.......
basically I want a quick all motor Integra.......at least 200hp......like type R status....
Thanks

You're not shooting that high.

Get some cams, I/H/E, spray some nitrous, and your there

I cant think of any way to write more annoying than that...

To the OP: If you're looking for 200whp NA, you're going to have to gut that GSR and get some new internals. I really dont think its possible to make 200whp NA without tearing into it. I would get a set of CP Shelf pistons in an 81.5 mm (overbored) at your desired compression ratio and use that as a starting point for your build....by the way boost is cheaper and better
