Are all obd1 B series intake manifold are interchangeable?

no. these will match each other:

b16 and b18c5

b18c1

b18a and b18b and b20

there not interchangeable.

B16's are interchangeable with b18c5's-different from B18c1's/B18a/b/b20

B18c1-gsr's aren't interchangeable with B16's or B18c5's -different from b16/b18c5/b18a/b/b20

B18a/B18B/B20 are interchangeable with each other but not with B18c1's or b16's/b18c5's
