Default question: ctr cams; whats the difference between exhaust and intake camshafts

so im looking to buy ctr cams and i have a few questions...

1. what are the differences between the exhaust cams and intake cams, and could i just one or the other? if so, which one?

2. if i do get one, or both, what will i need to change? i believe just valve springs? and get a fuel/pressure regulator to adjust? what about valve retainers? are they necessary?

3. are there any proven dyno tests? how much hp do you think i can get from this?

1. the exhaust cam runs the dizzy, no switching them
2. change both not just one, and you're fine with everything else.
3. why do you want proven dyno tests. doesn't the fact that honda made them tell you that they work

1: Here are the specs on those cams:
Intake: 11.5mm 243 @ 1mm
Exhaust: 10.5 mm 235 @ 1mm

That, and they're not interchangeable or anything silly like that.

2: It depends. If you're sticking with your stock revlimit, your valvesprings should be fine. Anything above that, actually to be on the safe side, you should change your valvesprings to CTRs. Insurance, really.

3: Well, normally a bigger cam will make more power. That's generalizing, but if you want dyno results, search. They're on here.
