should be a fun little car...i would nag at you for the overly large turbo, but i see you're shooting for 400-430 on PUMP gas

lol, ya i love the sc61.... had the e-housing on my 85mm fully built ls... was fun till i sold the motor ... made 403whp on pump gas so this one should easily make it too with the VTAK

and i'd like not to have to run lots of boost to hit my goal... less boost... less strain on the stock motor/sleeves

vids are a must... lots of cars to kill here in dallas first up hopefully will be my buddy's C6 vette that makes 505whp on motor, and has a 100 shot to sqeeze on , all ready stayed right next to him with 300whp before his 100 shot was on... and that was with full interior... gutted now

I wish my gf knew enough about cars to even have a clue what to buy or where to get it....not to mention we're both poor college kids so the chances are REALLY slim. I still have a lot of stuff to get in line before i'll have a built, E85 setup.

I need 880-1000cc injectors, a 3 bar, hondata (something other than crome anyway), piston/rod combo, headstuds, etc...its a long road ahead

ya i know the feeling.... i've been working on this for around 9 months, car has just been sitting in the garage. slowly getting peice by peice.... first was getting the motor parts togethere and sending it to the machine shop... it may take time, but its well worth it later.. i hope those stock sleeves hold for a while... i only drive the car once a week if that when its running

Hey, just a question off topic. What door panels do you use when you put the integra dash in? I had to ut my stock panels so the door would close right. No way I could get the Integra panels to fit

door panels are CUSTOM , eg door panels cut and refiberglassed... VERY nice job on doing it too... can't even tell they have been hacked up

and no its not a BB sc61

and yes Watts build my block and did a DAMN good job...agrn93ls, didn't you put stock rods on those wiseco's? why spend money on pistons and throw stock rods on them

im not gonna go into my reasoning again, it is what it is

who says you HAVE to put new rods just because you put pistons. my goals are not to make 500 or even 400 so it suits me perfect.

thanks for bringin it up though.

how are you hanging with a 500whp C6 with only 300whp?
i was making 300whp in my EG and beat a couple C6 by only a fender, so i dont see how you could hang with a 500whp C6.
just curious

Your many PM's make sense now.
I like your pistons (had to 1^ my 9.8's.. bastard). . .
SC61's are killer turbos for the price now, glad you made the right decision!

i pulled a couple C6's nasty at less than 300. vette's seem to be fairly easy. its the F-bodys that give you the most trouble.
