what's the speed and rev limiter on a jdm p13 set at?

what's the speed and rev limiter on a jdm p13 set at?
can you override the rev limiter with a V-AFC? and how can i get rid of the speed limiter. i just found out it's ~114 mph.

its supposed to be 120 mph.And the rev limit is around 7500 rpm.

Automatic ecu is 81-8200, the 5speed is 7600 rpm. To change the stock settings, you have to get it chipped with no speed limiter and whatever redline you want. Although it's pointless to take it past 75-8000, because the motor starts to lose power that high of an rpm. And my speed limiter is at 126 mph, while shifting into 5th gear
