From what i here from a few guys at PRI. I heard there is a big BOTI event in a west coast place. uhmm Sin city? And im hearing its gonna be the same exact day as the Nopi event in Utah? 2 events going on within 6 hrs away. Dayumm we only get 2 Nopi/NHRA event on the west coast, and this might happen?? Middle of the summer? I hope this is just a rumor. I want to support and make the Boti west coast events, but i also want to make the Nopi events too since its 30 miles from my house. Please Frank show me i'm wrong. I hope its in September.

 

No worries, on the phone with frank right now, the BOTI event is not going to be on the same weekend, he assures everyone this! So no worries everyone!! Just a rumor!

I can't say much for the vegas event, but I can say it will be close to the NOPI event in Utah, BUT they are not on the same weekend I assure you guys that!

Sorry bro... One of us must have it wrong.. Not sure. I was on the Phone with Ron B this afternoon and he said that Fontana and Vegas were swapping... He said that Vegas is going to be the Finale.. At least thats what Ron told me this afternoon...

Yeah I was on the phone with Frank just about 1 hour ago tonight when I seen this thread, I called him right away and asked, he assured me that vegas is in July, I wouldn't have posted that if I didn't know for sure, but I heard it from the man himself.

 

You have it more than i do then...

 

Im pretty sure that with all the chaos right now all the sanctioning bodies would be sure not to schedule events on the same weekend as others.... hopefully lol

FOntana will be the Finals in October.

No dates are currently conflicting with other drag dates

word, if im not mistaken that was the original nhra/FD date before the Sema announcement
from what I've been hearing, BOTI should have a real nice cookie this year
