I need new wiper arms for my 00 civic. My current ones are the originals, and I suppose the Florida sun has got to them and the black paint is almost completely gone. I want to buy new arms, but was wondering if Honda is the only place to order them from? I searched the marketplace but couldn't find anything.

Also is it easy to just swap out the arms?

take your time and do a good job repainting them

Just sand them down and paint them with Krylon Flat Black paint.

 

Also I forgot to mention that one of them arms is broken and right now I have it ghetto rigged to hold the blade on. I would like to purchase new ones. Where can I do so?

 

All I can think of is your local Junkyard or Honda. All 96-00 Civic works.

Despite some outrageous pricing on some OEM parts, I think that wiper arms would be cheap enough to buy new. You can go to a dealer but I've found http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com to have the lowest prices on genuine OEM parts. But still, I agree with Im_a_black_man, just repaint 'em.
