92-95 civic how many seats

I am trying to talk a friend into buying a civic but he only wants a 5 seater car with 3 seat belts in back
will the 4dr sedan civic work for him or is it only a four seat car

All civics are 5 seater's including the hatchback and coupes.

All civics are for 5 pass and have 3 belts in rear. Except del sol or CRX
