rust in the rear quarter panels...cracked HVAC controls....torn side bolster on drivers seat....obviously engine problems (blown headgasket, burnt valves, rear main seal, etc.) rust through floor boards (under heater core)
You should also check for rust around the rockers, it can frequently be masked by the plastic Honda used on the car.
Wobbling in the steering wheel / suspension while driving. (Worn bushings, tie rods, rack end bushing)
The biggies look to be covered. Rusty exhaust should be checked for too, I had an OEM one snap right off on me one time.

Ah, true that. On that note, use the fridge magnet trick to check for bondo on car.
Also, check for rust in the rear tire area while you're back there.
And corner / headlights that don't fit well but are OEM may be a sign of a front end collision.
Also check the spare tire area for any hammer marks or krinkles. Signs of an accident.</TD></TR></TABLE>
