Default will changing the intake need a retune ?

I want to know if I change my 2.5" Cold air to a 3" short ram intake after my tune if I will need a retune. I have a b18c with CTR cams, 64mm TB, and portmatched blox intake manifold with bolt ons. I'm getting ready for a tune, but if I will need a retune after doing so, i'll just wait till I get my short ram then tune. Any input is welcome. thanks.

i say, tune it once you have the complete set-up that your going with. A better intake can help out hp.
