Default 90 teg problem

im pretty much new with hondas... anyway i bought this car, turned the car on and seen a pool of white lube under the car.


im no genius but looks like its coming from the tranny.. wat do you think?

White lube? You mean white oil? Thats not good, you probably have water in the oil which means a cracked cylinder or blown headgasket.

i know this doesn't help much but i've never seen anything like it. i would agree with ^^ but it looks thicker than motor oil. maybe previous owner dumped some crazy a$$ stuff in the tranny. good luck with it. when you figure it out let us know.

That's ... odd. It looks as though you've got a very nice hole in the transmission though and that's whatever kid of fluid that the previous owner had in there.

That hole is suppose to be there. Dont know why its there but every honda ive ever worked on has had it.

before i bought it he told me tranny was fucked up.. the diff was bad but i dunno.. ill have my boy look at it when it gets warmer.. thx alot tho ill post it up when i find out wats wrong
