Looks like its some sort of rear window visor or somethign, yeah try e-bay. Either way i think it definitely looks sick!!!!!

they dont make them anymore. its a rear window visor, ventshade used to make them, my friend just sold his. and he had it colotmatched to the car it looked sick indeed

 

The "real" ones (can't remember who makes them - Mugen or Honda Access I'm guessing - and it's only for some models) are tinted plastic, but can be seen through. There are fiberglass ones sold on eBay occasionally though.
