200 stock like 10 years ago.......

not to mention that's not 200 to the wheels, you'd be looking at like 160-170ish to the wheels so 200 to the wheels isn't too bad at all

you're going to want to do research before blowing it, you'll need to sleeve it and all that jazz

also the skunk2 im apparently sucks, check out the EuroR

assuming you know what you're doing, and not throwing money at a shop...
1. what condition is the head and shortblock in? They need to be in good shape to make any power unless you want a junkyard bomb.
2. If you had the head off, didn't you at least clean up the ports a little, from the casting flash and stuff? The intake ports should have a slightly rough finish to help keep fuel atomized (theres a lot of physics in this) and smooth as possible the exhaust ports to keep carbon deposits to a minimum. Also consider backcut valves.
3. Are you running a good header/exhaust system?
4. Is the computer reprogrammed to run with the cams and stuff?

just some things to think about. good luck!
