im trying to figure out wich is bad, the slave or the master. i bought this car with the clutch pedal on the floor. i bled the system by putting clear hose from the slave and hanging it up high, watching the air bleed off while pumping the pedal. pedal comes right up. this is the problem. the next morning the pedal goes to the floor again, and i have to bleed again. so what is most likely the problem, slave or master? thanks, mark

 

the problem was the bleeder screw in the slave cylinder had so much slop that over night it would let air back in and pedal would get spongy.

i added plumbers tape to the screw and have had no more problems. factory honda parts would have been a good buy in this case. use this for future reference. thanks, mark
