Default Leftover wiring after swap?

Recently my 96 ek automatic, SOHC with A/C recieved an 2000 b16....along with that the ac was taken out and a manual tranny took the place of the auto.....
The A/C wiring still remains along with what I believe is auto tranny wiring with plugs....what can I do with these dangling eyesores....they have no use for the car? Thanks

Well you no longer have an automatic transmission; so nothing is going to happen when the plugs are cut off.
