what do you guys think?
What would be good for DD? spring rate suggestion?

Terrible. Stay away from Tokico HP's with pretty much any spring.

Ground Controls need at least Tokico Illuminas, or Koni Sports would be a better choice.

Whats a good combination for under 400? springs and strut (decided to go non-adjustable?

if anything, used skunk2/GC coilovers with illuminas/agx/sk2 shocks....dont forget the $60+ for a alignement.

When I bought my Accord,the guy who had it before me put this exact same setup on and it rode for **** and was total crap.I hear a lot of good thing about GC/Koni or KYB AGX but I just said the hell with it an got full coilovers instead.

if your not planning to drop the car too low 2inchs+...best bang for the buck would be new/used GC (OTS rates) with kyb agx's. I had GC (OTS rates) w/ kyb agx, shocks set at 1 all around, dropped roughly 2.0-2.5inchs all around and ride quality was perfect for DD.
