Valve lash help.
well i say just do the adjustment yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is very easy you can get the feller gauges at a parts store for less than 10 bucks!get a haynes manual for 15 and then you will see how easy it is! i recently had mine adjusted by a suppoably reputable shop cause i didnt feel like going out in my cold garage after changeing my timing belts.long story short they left feller gauges in my timing cover lied to me about it after i found them,it damaged my new belt crankshaft sensor tensioner spring and it made the belt skipp teeth, and a big huge headache cause they didnt wanna take responsiblity. now they are fessing up to it a month later after i threatened court and showed them my evidence! but my car aint been the same since they put their dirty little hands on it. so they have cost me more time and money and they still didnt adjust to proper secs, now i have to go fix their sqrew ups!! it only takes an hour to do your adjustments. and do it while engine is cold
X2 on do it yourself, buy the feeler gauge, and a simple socket set for WAY less than the price of labor at a shop. It's an easy job, download the service manual for your car and away you go.
