spark plugs for na?
copper are better than stock R plugs, cheaper and last longer with just as good of a spark. 1.1mm gap size you can get the tool at pep boys when you go pick up your exhaust and SiR badge j/k

I doubt they did this just for the fun of it.
Why would Honda install platinum spark plugs in the GS-R and the ITR if the cooper ones lasted longer, were cheaper, and gave the same spark intensity ?

I've been running my coppers for about 1 year and they look and operate fine. For about 11 bux for the set you can't go wrong. It all comes to personal preference, and I choose copper dammit

I don't get them through Acura, I'm done dealing with Acura dealerships. They are a pain in the ***, got mine through a local import shop, but many auto stores carry them. I'll have to check the box tonight for a part# if you want it. I'll repost tomorrow if this thread is still alive.
Iridiums and platinums NGK, Denso or Spoon
NGK ZFR5F-11 - NA
ZFR6(or 7)F-11 - FI or Boost
The VX #7's are good for the stock engine? My stock PFR6G11 plugs look great and seems the heat range is perfect on them. Would there still be a reason to go colder with the VX's? I am looking for some new plugs and the stock ones are deadly expensive.
Dave, that one's obviously broken! (j/k)
Which one is that?

One that won't break, has more piston to plug clearance and the spark is unobstructed. All
Austin - who is working overtime and quite tired
Just for reference purposes, my friend uses NGK# BKR6E-11 in his R. They work great and inexpensive too... oh gapped to .044"
