Have you actually figured out what the codes are? Look in the FAQ and figure out what the codes are. Then troubleshoot them. It's the best way of figuring it out is just simply troubleshooting.

Yeah when i took out the head i cleaned it, yes i also had pretty thick carbon build up on the valves, and about the codes yeah i checked them out i know what they are 7 is TPS, 10 is IAC and 14 is INtake air temperature, this is driving me nuts, ive notice that when i turn on my car the temperature gauge in my car doesnt warm up and it actually looks like when i turn the key to turn on the car the needle is forced down, like if it had a short

Sounds like some of the sensors may be backwards. That was the problem with my car also (89 si w/ b16a). My Iacv plug and knock plugs were backwards. That also caused my car not to rev over 1500rpms @ WOT. Double check your plug connections.

Yo yo, I need to revive this thread. I'm doing an install, is the head the only one to resurface when installing the gasket? Or do they have to even out the block surface as well??

It all depends on if they got warped when you took them off. Your head might be fine, but your block might be off. You wont know until you take it to a machine shop.... Or get a straight edge and test everywhere on the surface.
