Front Driver's Side Tire Rubs...
A couple of days ago I lowered my '98 RS on Neuspeed Sports and Tokico Blues. The drop is great, and she rides great too; however anytime i turn right, or I hit a bump my drivers side tire rubs, and only the drivers side. I am completely puzzled as to why this is... I had an alignment done hoping it would help, but the problem is still there. Any thoughts?
I think Neuspeed advertises a 1.75" on the front, 1.5" on the back. I took a closer inspection today of the tire/wheel well, and I think it might be that the fender liner has come loose and is coming in contact with the tire. Not 100% sure, but if that's the case it will be a lot easier (and cheaper) to fix. Just have to find a way to anchor it down close to the fender, I think the part that is supposed to hold it down to the scew has snapped or something.

fender rub is not "normal", not w/ a mild drop like that, unless he has wheels of wrong offset or too wide tires. Only doing it on one corner isn't normal, either. I'm dropped close to 2" w/ 205/50-15 tires and I have zero rubbing problems. I think you're probably onto something about the fender liner. Fix or replace it, but I wouldn't recommend removing it, it will get extremely dirty inside your fender, and on the leading edge of the door. Some gunk may even find its way into the engine bay.
wheels or tires. Check if its due to a problem.
Fender liners.......if you do take those off, then you might have to clean you engine bay every 2 to 3 days
