some 1 is trying to sell me a gsr motor, he told me it was from his integra which he had an accident with, but when i asked his girlfriend she said he didnt have one, he wants 1100 for it, i dont wanna buy it if it was someones, i know how it feels the reason im looking for a motor is because they tried to steal mine and instead fucked my **** up, before i buy this motor i just wanta touch base with anyone in the chicago land area, if you had your integra or civic stolen and it had a gsr in it and it was stolen from you with in the last couple of days hit me up with a serial number or somethin or some pics, im gonna check it out, and ill let you know if it was yours and its stolen were to find this *****, maybe he got the motor from a friend i dont know but im also not an idiot and we all have to look out for one another, so ya if you can hook it up some details, ill do my best to help out,

just doing what i can, my civic is my daily and project whip and i got a kid so i do my best to maintain it, but when they tried to steal it, they couldnt because it had no steering wheel, and i had a wheel lock on it like the boot, so instead they ripped needless **** off the motor, and now i tried to but it back togethor and its just wrecked so i get this call because my brother put the word out ineed a motor at his school on the bulletin bourd and this guys trying to sell me this motor, when he puts the phone down i here his girl say you didnt have an integra, so im gna set a meeting with him and see whats his deal, and i just dont think these bitchs deserve any rights, and if i can stop what happend to me from happening to some one else im gona do what i have

and my fiance just had bought me the 2000 conversion, but now i cant paint it or put it on,i want to pick up an ls motor really so if anyone knows someone who got one for sale hit me up too, i set up a meet with that guy for friday and i aint going alone im bringing a friend who carries a badge just in case

ha, not bad idea but id feel bad for the guy who origanily owned it, my cop buddy actually is interested to because his civic was stolen two weeks ago and hes heard about this guy he did a background check after finding out the name on the cell phone from my caller id, and he lives in the area were his car was found abandoned and burned up, remember were ever you find it is usually close to were they live,

me and him both find it fucked up that we are doing wat we can, and he admits his captains at the police department tell them that import theft isnt a priority, and when we complained to the alderman, he didnt care, so now were getting togethor with others who share our frustration and start helping eachother out and get evidence to put these bitchs away do the job for them, maybe help someone out in the process,

thanks man, but come on lets be honest there like over a hundred civics stolen in a month, and its groups that do it, in chicago they caught a tow truck company doing it on the south side, fox news busted them. i know for a fact a crew of eg's that have done it, when i had my ef, they stole my b16 and front end, they fucked up because i had halos and they have anembossed serial number in the corner, two days later i see a crx parked at 7/11, i decided to walk up and see his halos, the numbers matched, me and my brother ended up boxing with these guys 3 on 2, cops came lifted up the hood, and sure enough my motor, dumbass still had the custom painted cover with the bat symbol, a month later i see the same guys at the races walkin up and down checking peoples **** out, we called them out on it, and they ran with half the racers ready to whoop the expletive out of them, never seen them since, but these guys travel in packs so we have to too, the cops will never help, my girl called the cops when some black guy was stealing my brothers radio in front of our house while she was home alone, they took 30min, by then he was gone

 

Why don't you have your cop buddy run a VIN check on the motor?

 

dont have the vin yet, have to wait till we see it, and if were thinking about how to check it before we leave, we dont want the guy to get scared, and my guy can get in trouble for police work off duty, its just we are all sick of theives, and if the motor is stolen we wanta find an owner and see if the theif took plates to, that makes it a worse crime in the eyes of the law

who knows if its even there.. most thieves either pop them off, or sell them with vins to idiots that dont look them up..

 

exactly, my buddy pulled a guy over with an eg, the guy didnt think my buddy knew anything about civics. my guy starts asking him what year is it, what model acting curious, whole time he already had viewed the vin, and the guy matched nothing with the vin because as we all know vins descibe it all,

 

ggzzz all this talk on stolen cars and parts makes me not want to go anywhere with my car unless its a drive through at wendy's or somethin!

thats the reality of owning a civic, ive own two egs, 1 ef, 1 ek presently, a gsr 99 integra, and a 91 integra, ive had four stolen from me or broken into

 

kinda feel relieve that you car in the chicago area, and there are some cops that actually care. i hope you get some thieves man!
