What is the difference between Team Dynamics Pro race 1 and 1.2

Here's a product description for V1.2 from goodwinracing.net

New version of the Team Dynamics Pro Race 1...with the spokes just a little more withdrawn from the face for the spec miata drivers actually rubbing their fellow Spec miata racers on track! Now in stock in 30mm. No need for hubcentric rings because these are milled 54mm hubcentric for the Miata. Center caps not included with any Team Dynamic wheel but available separate.

So I would say that 1.2 is better for the track.
