Default calculating overlap and lobe separation

I've got a JG 301x D16A6 camshaft. The only specs that I can find for this camshaft are (per JG's website)
@.015
Lift = In .410 / Ex .402
Duration = In 274 / Ex 260

I know that in order to calculate the LSA, i have to add the intake and exhaust advertised durations, divide the results by 4, subtract the LSA, and then multiply the results by 2...

BUT how do I find the LSA without using a degree wheel? And even if I did have a degree wheel, I don't have a spare head on a bench to calculate everythign with (my head is off being ported).

So if anyone could help out, it'd be great.

Also, what's the deal with JG listing everything at .015?

...and in case anyone's wondering, I wound up with this cam and am considering using it on my turbo D16Y7 build, and am wondering whether it's going to have too much overlap and/or duration to use under boost. Bisi offered to make me a cam, but being it's the end of the year and the dead season in my line of work, I'm on the south side of being broke. Please don't pop in and say 'that cam won't work' or 'just buy something designed for your application'. If it won't work, fine, but give me a reason why.

thanks in advance!
