anyone try fitting their cd deck or have their cd deck in the center consol? I'm trying to, but my pioneer deck won't fit in with the cd bin in the consol also. Plus, there's nothing to hold the deck from moving. Need this for 95 civic.

im guessing you have a jdm center cousle with the double din in front of the shifter? if so, im not going to attempt it myself but theres a custom car audio place where i live (manitoba) that said they can do it... so maybe itll jsut take some customizing to fit it in.

 

well, I think I'm just gona put the guages there and the cd deck back in it orginal place.

 

its not rocket science, just use some wood to build a frame for it, slide it in.

i had to do it on my coupe, cleaned up rather well, and looked completely stock from the outside, but once you take the plastic cover off it was all 8th grade woodshop style.

 

well, I did it...not as hard as I thought. Just took everything apart, test fitted it...found it just slid in if I move the empty bin up and cd deck lower, and put everything back. Sorry for crappy pic...my consol has always been jacked up since I bought it from ebay a long time ago.

mine too.. what the heck!!!! wont fit correctly
