DAMN IT! For the life of me... I can't find the answer to my question.. ( I searched!) Now I know on an EG the 4dr front end is different.. IE the hood, fenders, bumper, and corner lights.. But what... If any differences are there between an EK coupe and sedan front end as far as fitment goes..
Is the hood a little longer? Do the fenders fit differently? etc...
TIA!

I'm pretty sure the fenders wont fit properly, the hood and the bumpers will fit fine. If you take a look at the sedans, the roof of the car is a little bit higher than the coups and 3drs the angle is just a little different and thats where the difference is. I'll be honest this is just from a eye perspective since i used to own a sedan and im not 100 percent sure.
ALL '96-'98 USDM CIVIC FRONT ENDS ARE THE SAME.
To elaborate: The coupe/hatch has one upper grille, and the sedan has another upper grille.
ALL '99-'00 USDM CIVIC FRONT ENDS ARE THE SAME.
To elaborate: The coupe/hatch has one upper grille, and the sedan has another upper grille. The Si has a different upper grille and the front lip which is optional on other trims is standard on the Si.

Cool thanks! The reason why I was asking is because I might buy this 96 LX but the previous owner hit a pole and it needs a hood, bumper and radiator support.. So I figured why not update it a little..
Thanks for the info!
Shane

Also....the 96-00 rear bumpers for coupes and sedans are the same. Coupe tail-light set fit on all 96-00, but Sedan tail-lights for 96-98 99-00 can only be switch out by buying a trunk from that same year as the tail lights.

with a tiny bit of modifying you can...they have threads on front end conversions...why do it when you can by the car that way? sigh

And the reason why I would be doing it is because if I buy this sedan... The front end is messed up so why not update it a little... naaaaw mean!?
