Default Wire Tucking- coming up short?

Tonight we ran headlight wires (and all the looms contain) up through the door and up around the fender. We ended up about a foot short. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there another place to run them?

Seriously. Why even start a wire-tuck if you aren't capable of this? Even if you are slow and suck at it, it should only take you a couple hours at max to extend all the wires. Just make sure you either do one wire at a time, or label them. That way there is no confusion.

you guys weren't suggesting I use butt-connectors right?

the only way we will extend them is with solder...

its ok we'll just work a little harder

Of course not. The only way is to cut/solder/shrink wrap/electrical tape them. And that shouldn't take more than a couple hours. If you have two people working on it, one on each side, you'll get done in no time.
