i bought a set when they first came out, they come with 3 sets of spring rates. 8/10/12, i was running 10k/8k. Overall performance/handling was pretty nice compared to my Sk2 coilover/agx combo i have now. Dampening adjustment was very noticable when switching from 1-6. Going throw corners was a breeze and bottoming out while slammed was not a issue at all. I never got a chance to push them hard but i'm sure they would of held up nicely. At the time i was a noob and was looking for the slammed look with a nice quality ride, so stupidly i sold them. Would i buy them again? Yes, but they wouldn't be #1 on my top list of suspension setups.

i'm not sure you should be doing any tougeing...but autocross i would run 12k/10k. If you want to run it on the streets 10k/8k would do fine, thats what i'm running at the moment.
