1991 Honda CRX DX Idle problems

1991 Honda CRX DX Idle problems
I just picked up my CRX on saturday, which is the model that has Dual Point fuel injection which looks similar to a carb.
my idle ranges from 900-1900RPM.
my last to friends have had the same prob and it ended up just being carbon build up on throttle. im wondering if that may be the problem with mine
but i have no clue how to get to my choke or throttle valve
so any help wpuld be very appreciated
