Kpro/Cams/Valve Springs?
Couple of questions before I buy these.
1. If I buy the Kpro reflash will it make me fail emissions? (Washington)
2. Same question with the cams + kpro?
3. When I buy cam shafts will I need to buy springs or only for some higher stage cams?
Thanks for your help. I know emissions is different in every state so any help or examples would be appreciated. Thanks all.

1. no
2. no
3. depending on what cams you are buying and what you're trying to do. If you're trying to go with more aggressive cams then yes. if you are trying to stay stock OEM cams like the ITR then no.

you'd still get gains..
but it's better to do atleast bolt ons and then acquire kpro + tuning
