CRX Si B16A tach problem (suggestions)
I searched around and only found that the problem could possibly be a loose/faulty ignitor. I'm not very knowledgable about 4gens but I am assisting my friend with his B16A swap into a 1991 CRX Si. So I am asking for the help of this forums users.
He is complaining that the tach needle flutters/jumps around on occation. He was told that there may be a improperly connected wire or missing wire to his tach. This I am not sold on. I'm thinking the ignitor is loose or damaged from sitting around. It is the CRX wiring that has me unsure of a good answer for him.
Anyone have anyother suggestions for my friend, please IM me.
