Hey I have a greddy evo 2 catback on my 97 integra ls. I got pulled over last week by the cops and now i have to take it off for a vehicle inspection. I dont wanna take out all of my exhaust piping. my question is will a stock axleback muffler fit on to my greddy piping. hope that made any sense

 

You could modify it to fit, but I dont recommend doing that to some greddy piping that you paid for.

Why do you have to take it off for state inspection? Will it not pass?

 

ya the exhaust is too "loud" bull ****..but ya i just wanted to slap a quiet muffler for the inspection..Didn't really wanna take out the b pipe and mid pipe. I just wanted to kno if the stock axle back would just bolt rite on to the mid pipe.

 

That doesn't make sense. GReddy Evo 2's are one of many quiet exhausts out there.

 

yup my exact thoughts. at idle it passed the decibal test but at 3500rpm it failed..Stupid *** cops around here

yea for real...i wouldnt worry about taking it out anyway, just do it. your lucky yours isnt welded in place like mine. if you dont have stock piping then i would try and make some kind of genium adapter to make it fit if its not bolt on anyway...
