i got a 94 integra with a 2000 motor when iam driving normal and the rpm`s are between 2 and 3 and a half the whole car vibrates what can it b?

and alson the other day i was doing about 100 and when i used the brake to slow down sparks came out of the front wheel only driver side but its driving normal ?

 

How did you know sparks came from your drivers side wheel driving at 100mph? And why are you driving that fast anyways?

2-3k rpm vibrations? Are you sure its the whole car vibrating or is it just a rattling noise?

 

iam not sure can it be bcause i got a 3in pipe into a reg muffler
