okay so here is the deal. i have a 94 gsr with the ls/vtec motor in it. i was going to the movies a few nights back and there was a loud clanking sound. imediately i knew something was wrong. i thought a spun rod bearing soo we parked and i popd the hood and everything sounded good but like when i revd it up to liek 3500 it sounded like somehting knocking clanking.....soo i turned the car off and then it wouldnt start back up....

check the battery - good reading 12.5 volts
tried to jump it...wont jump at all
will turn over alittle but wont start. not he starter...
had my head lights on and still wouldnt turn over....
checked fuses and it none of them were out...


what am i missing? what could it be....i had to have it towed back to my house....now if it was the motor like a spun rod bearing it would start correct? how would i know if it was a rod bearing? any ideas....
