Plastic bezel removal surrounding radio 2000 Civic LX

Can someone provide me the details in order to remove the plastic bezel which surrounds the radio and heater/blower/hazard switch on a 2000 Honda Civic LX.

I'm wanting to remove the radio and I understand that I need to remove this bezel. Does the hazard warning button and other ***** need to be removed?
