Ign Coil Fuse Keeps blowing!!--HELP!
Lately, my car hasn't been starting. The reason being because the ign coil fuse under the dashboard keeps blowing.
I am running an MSD coil--and I've come to a conclusion it's the reason for the fuse blowing.
It appears that when I disconnect the MSD power, plug in a new fuse, put the power back on, my car will start. If I don't do this and continue to just replace the fuse, the car will not start--and the fuse keeps blowing out.
I don't have photos of this--but I really don't think photos are necessary.
My question is, where and how can I be shorting?
Also, last night, my car started fine...now my battery is dead, the fuse was blown..and the car doesn't start.
Help please?
**EDIT:And yes, I will be removing the msd as soon as I figure out how.

Just trying to clear up what you are saying</TD></TR></TABLE>
no. it won't start if the msd isn't connected to my power. if it was easy to just take off the msd, i would just take it off..but i wasn't the one who put the msd on the car which makes a much harder task for me.
any help would be nice.
thanks awd terror

found out what was wrong. don't ask me how it even happend because even I'm shocked as hell!
Turns out, the screw holding the rotor (of my distributor) was completely off and inside the distributor.
I screwed the rotor back into place with the screw and the car started like a champ.
Wierd....
now I just need to figure out how the hell to take that pos msd off.
